Just in case you do not know, I am a pretty solid Republican, have been my whole life, so I would suggest you take my views on the Democratic Convention with a grain of salt. As I watched Obama speech I must say that I loved everything he had to say.

It follows, logically, that ironic is opposite to what is or might be expected. So, by definition, it’s incredibly ironic that my movie viewing has decreased since I got this whole movie review blog gig.
On the chance that you’re anything like me, you love how Web 2.0 has transformed the world into instant gratification with video. On almost any blog and website these days, videos are embedded everywhere giving the user a “TV-esque” view into the world of others. YouTube transformed this into making video easy to upload and view and thus created a frenzy that has caused the world to never be the same.
I wrote my first book when I was 8 (Glasses for Shelly…really it should be a children’s bestseller, but my illustrations need some help), and from that moment on writing has held a special place in my heart.
